For the price it gives its value Not well maintained We didn’t have a duvet cover on our comforter Safe didn’t work the first day a technician came the next day and fixed it Furniture is old and stained Best part is location - masjid across the street and walking distance to a huge market - restaurants, shopping and grocery stores

Very good hotel but it need to take care of maintenance and redesign breakfast dishes to match most of food cultures.

Even one star is too much for this disgusting hotel. Their rooms are not comfortable and food is terrible, you can starve here. Also, they treat their employees as slaves and they don’t pay their salaries, please don’t go and stay in this hotel if you don’t want these cruel people to earn money.

I used a spa treatment of this hotel and the massage was good but while washing in hamam it was very cold and in 2 days all my body started scratching. I’m not sure if they follow all the hygiene norms and if the body sponges are new for every customer

Really nice clean hotel , staff / manager excellent . Spoke great English and was very helpful. Really decent breakfast , family room spacious . Only slight bad point bathroom sizes very small 😬 but overall great for a stop over near Bursa . Located in a buzzing student area ,,,loads of shops / supermarkets / cafes / restaurants 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

My number one choice to host my business visitors. The neighborhood is the best to have a little walk and reach any kind of restaurants bars etc. Even at late night times everywhere is opened. After a long work day a perfect hotel at good location for extra entertainment.
